Crans-Montana is renowned for its sunshine. However, to anticipate potential unfavorable weather conditions, the ski resort now offers an optional Weather Guarantee, allowing for a partial or full refund of your ski pass in case of significant precipitation.

Crans-Montana is the first ski resort in Switzerland to introduce this option. This guarantee, provided in partnership with Sensible Weather, ensures a refund based on weather conditions, even if you have used your ski pass that day.

How Does the Weather Guarantee Work?

When placing your order online via mycma, you have the option to add the Weather Guarantee to your ski pass. This option allows for a refund if precipitation of 1.5 mm/h or more is recorded between 09:00 and 17:00 on any given day.

Eligible precipitation includes rain, snow, and other forms of frozen water. As an indication, 1.5 mm/h corresponds to approximately 1 cm of snow, which can significantly reduce visibility.

The Weather Guarantee is not automatically included in your ski pass and must be selected at the time of purchase. This option allows you to anticipate possible unfavorable weather conditions and book your stay with peace of mind.
